A MECHANIC ALWAYS ON HAND

Punctured tyre? Flat battery? Lost key? ... Don’t worry! One of our highly trained mechanics is always on hand, wherever you are. Plus, if the problem requires workshop assistance, we’ll take care of towing your vehicle to the nearest authorised service point.

YOU’LL NEVER BE WITHOUT A CAR

If we need to keep your car in the workshop for repairs, we’ll give you a courtesy vehicle while we fix yours (subject to certain conditions). And more, if the problem occurs while you’re travelling, we’ll take care of the expenses so you can continue your journey, from taxis to get you to the station to car rental so you can carry on with your trip*.

CLOSER TO HOME

If your car breaks down far from home*, we’ll get you back safely* – along with your travel companions. That includes the cost of a hotel, if you can’t get going again right away, and the return trip to collect your car after it's repaired. And, if the vehicle can’t be repaired within a day, we’ll cover the expense* of getting your car back to you at a later date.

Having your Fiat serviced by us gives you 12 months RAC Roadside Assistance FREE of charge*. A full 12 months assistance that gives you complete peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Europe wide.
This means you can enjoy your Fiat worry free wherever your journey takes you.
The product applies to all Fiat vehicles up to 15 years of age and is given to you free of charge as part of the service offer provided by the Fiat Authorised Service Network.*

The Vizion dedicated UK team can take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to guide you through the accident process and get you mobile. MOBILE WORKSHOP

If your vehicle breaks down, one of our friendly operators will meet you on site to help get you up and running again.

TOWING

If your vehicle is unable to move, no problem: an emergency vehicle will tow it to the nearest official retailer or workshop.

COURTESY CAR

If your vehicle is out of action, we’ll provide you with a courtesy car for up to four working and non working days.

TRANSFER EXPENSES

All transfer costs (taxis and other means of transport) incurred while the vehicle is out of use will be reimbursed*.

RETURN HOME OR CONTINUE TO TRAVEL

If your vehicle breaks down while travelling, the cost of returning home or continuing the journey (by train or plane) will be reimbursed.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Plus, we’ll host you at an onsite hotel until you’re moving again*.

RECOVERY OF THE REPAIRED VEHICLE

You’ll also be reimbursed for the travel costs incurred to recover your repaired vehicle*.

NOT REPAIRED VEHICLE RECOVERY

And if your car is stuck abroad for more than five days, we’ll return it directly to your home or a nearby retailer when it’s fixed.
