What is the Motability Scheme?
The Motability Scheme supports war pensioners and disabled people to achieve mobility by providing access to affordable mobility solutions. The scheme works by allowing you to exchange all, or part of your government-funded mobility allowance in order to lease a brand new Fiat car of your choice. This could be the Fiat 500, Fiat 500 electric or the Fiat 600.
The scheme offers the choice of three pricing options so you can select the vehicle of your choice at a price that works for you.
How does payment work?
To order a Motability scheme Fiat car vehicle you must be eligible to join or already a member of the scheme, with at least 12 months award remaining on your benefit.
Payments will be deducted from your allowance every four weeks and paid directly to the Motability Scheme. Depending on which vehicle you choose, you may be required to pay a one-off upfront Advance Payment which is not included in your Motability allowance.

The Motability Scheme is all-inclusive, so your package includes:
- Servicing and maintenance
- Full RAC breakdown cover
- Windscreen & tyre repair or replacement
- Insurance for up to three named drivers
